FLINTS TV / SOURCE & LICENCE DESK

RIGHTS & TAKEDOWNS

Public access is not the same as permission to redistribute. Every playable programme must pass a source and rights review before it receives a signal.

REVIEW STANDARD

Curators record the licence or other authorization for each programme, verify its original URL, and preserve a link to the original Archive record. Uncleared, pending, rejected, and unavailable material is excluded from the deterministic public schedule.

Internet Archive hosts material under many different terms. Flints TV does not infer public-domain status or broad streaming rights from availability alone.

REQUEST A REVIEW OR TAKEDOWN

Contact the person or organization operating this deployment and provide:

  1. The channel, programme title, and exact viewer URL.
  2. The original source or Internet Archive identifier.
  3. Your relationship to the work and the basis for the request.
  4. A reliable reply address and any supporting documentation.

The operator should suspend the programme in administration while reviewing the request. This source build does not invent a network contact address; a production operator must publish a monitored contact before launch.

ORIGINAL RECORDS

Archive-backed programmes link to their source directly beneath the viewer. You can also search the original collection independently.

ATTRIBUTION

Open licences may require creator attribution, a licence link, and notice of changes. Those obligations remain with the deployment and its curators. Review third-party research and bundled demo-media notices in the project’s THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.
